Circularity
With one of the industry's most vast experiences and footprints, we understand the requirement for circularity in our business more than ever. Being in multiple industries provided us the expertise to comprehend the unique details. Talha Group optimized major processes to adopt circularity with the passion for delivering a better and cleaner future.
First and foremost, circularity begins with intention and a design thinking approach to the business process. Talha Group's labs, development teams, and business process owners collaborate and innovate circular processes under an internal forum.
Talha Group defines circularity (also referred to as "C") as extending the life cycle of the products, byproducts, wastes, and materials used.
cSoucring
Talha Group is continuously developing its supply chain to source recycled and regenerative materials to boost the purposefully increased demand, leading to economies of scale.
cUse
Talha Group is also investing in regenerative technology to reuse the byproducts from its process and reduce them or provide them to other industries and companies.
Wood
Talha group has a dormitory for 5000 workers. The furniture like table, personal locker and cot are made from the wood waste generated in-house.
cWaste
Talha Group identifies and resale its wastes to other industries. It primarily builds awareness and educates other sectors to safely use the scraps we create. It also has workshops to convert metal waste into usable types of equipment in-house.
cProducts
Talha Group makes quality products that are durable and reliable. The products are recyclable and reusable in many sectors, and many of them are naturally biodegradable.
“Talha Group has its foundation that works with many of the top international chambers, associations, government, and non-governmental agencies to innovate new ways to scientifically improve the industry's circularity, leading with awareness and education.”
Plastic
Talha group collect all the plastic used internally. All used plastics are converted to new plastic chips in its own plastic recycle unit and make new packaging material like consumer pack, blister pack, corner protector, band roll etc.
Metal
Talha group has its own recycle process of metal waste generated in-house. We make warper beam flange, transport trolley, storage box from the metal waste.
Paper
Paper is widely used in the textile packaging. Talha group is currently using 50% of its paper material from recycle sources. Talha group collect all its paper waste during manufacturing process and recycle it to new packaging material like multibox, hang tags, price tag etc.
Cotton
Cotton is the largest contributor to the textile industry—a complete dependency on nature. The manufacturing process creates waste, rejection of material. Talha Group has its cotton recycle unit. The waste generated in production process sent to the spreading and making the new fibre to yarn. Which comes as a new product same or almost same quality. We return the waste to its original shape and use.
PET
PET is the 2nd largest material used in textile industry. Talha group focuses on the local sourcing of rPET to contribute the circularity process of widely used pet bottle. Talha group also collect all pet bottle used internally and send it for the recycle to the local factory. Talha group consumed around 1000 MT of rPET each year and contributing to re-connect the world.
